My approach is body mind & spirit, which means helping you become more present in your senses. I help you take the time to breathe and connect with your deeper self, your inner child. I will help you find your own healing with my guidance.

 

I am always supportive of your needs and limits. I have been in practice for more than 30 years. I have helped people just like you work through childhood trauma, anxieties, grief, stress, depression, ADHD, emotional neglect, sexual trauma, and relationship problems. I have helped individuals and families improve their lives through directive and cognitive tools. Some of the words my clients use to describe me are :genuine, kind, caring, compassionate, insightful, sensitive, dependable, playful, fun, determined, and creative. I can relate to you because I have been through it.

 

I am also an "InterPlay " leader, an author, award-winning producer (actor), and do Radix body work. I specialize in ADHD, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, career improvement, relationships, intimacy, sexuality, connection, and communication; whether in your every day life or in the bedroom, I can help you.

 

I have written two groundbreaking books and two workbooks that help you guide you to finding yourself and help couples find each other. My goal is to help you change your life and live the life you deserve through developing the understanding necessary to make the make the life changing breakthrough.
