Who am I?
I am Melody Brooke. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, counselor, life coach, career consultant, and national expert in relationship behaviors in the home, in the bedroom, and at work.
For thirty years, I have helped couples find their way back to each other. Many of the couples I've worked with have been to multiple other counselors before finding me. If you have experienced it, likely, I have had some experience with it. Whether you are single, partnered, divorced, separated, LGBTIQ, nuclear families, blended families, or a teen, I can help you.
Who Do I Help?
I help individuals with anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and all types of relationship and stress problems.
How I Can Help You?
I help couples through lost connections, conflict, and affairs. This requires understanding how you can find each other again. I learn how you react to each other and how your brains interfere with your ability to stay connected. This helps you heal old wounds and move forward together.
How I can Relate to You.
I have been where you are emotionally. I have been a survivor of sexual trauma, emotional neglect, and have had relationship problems. This has put me in a unique position to help you.
What Do I Specialize In?
I specialize in ADHD, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, career improvement, relationships, intimacy, sexuality, connection, and communication. Whether in your every day life or in the bedroom, I can help you.
I have dealt with ADHD my entire life, and didn’t get help for it until recently. My understanding of ADHD has grown tremendously. The way it affects our emotional state, our self esteem, our anxiety levels, and our relationships is profound. I’ve learned to recognize symptoms in those not previously diagnosed, or those previously diagnosed, but who are going untreated due to misunderstanding of how ADHD works. Often, ADHD clients have been on numerous anxiety or anti-depressant medications with no relief, because they are not being treated for the underlying ADHD symptoms.
